Juan Carlos, Columbia I came from South America to Australia for the Olympics in 2000 to study English for 6 months. In Sydney, I discovered a different way of living that I fell in love with. Australia is a country where you are independent but never alone. People are very friendly and it is always very easy to make new friends from different countries. I was enjoying the experience so much I decided to stay for a bit longer. After inquiring about different Courses and Colleges, Central College was recommended to me, so I enrolled here. In the 3 years that I have been at Central College I have studied both a Diploma of Multimedia and a Diploma of Business Management. I have seen that the College is up-to-date with the latest resources to give the students the best chance of success and the best learning experience in all areas. Living in Sydney, studying at Central College and working has been very rewarding. It has given me the opportunity to enjoy life to the maximum and develop new skills that I couldn't have imagined. Now I'm in working as part of a web developing team in an IT company using all I have learned at the College. Thanks Central College! Petr, Czech RepublicI am studying an Advanced Diploma of Tourism Management at Central College. I have met people from all over the world and have made friends from many countries. The teachers, management and receptionist staff are all very helpful and friendly, and they have always happily assisted me with questions I have had. I have really appreciated this, especially when I was still learning English and I could not communicate very well. The Travel and Tourism teachers are of a high-level. They are all people who used to work all their life in the Tourism Industry so they are able to provide useful guidance about the industry. Central College has many facilities like smartboards with internet connection and trolleys providing personal computers with WI-FI internet connection, DVD's, VCR players and projectors. The lunchroom has a piano for students to use if they feel like it, and after class you are able to access the rooftop recreation area. Central College also organises some excursions and trips so you can experience the countryside outside Sydney. I chose to study in Sydney because it is the largest Australian city. As a result it offers many opportunities for how to spend your free time (cinemas, clubs, beaches, shopping etc.), a wide range of jobs, and good transport options to make it easy to get around. In the future I hope to continue my Tourism studies at University, get a good job in the Tourism Industry, then I hope to get Permanent Residency in Australia. I think that Central College has given me good opportunities for growth towards my future. Ramez, EgyptI have been studying at Central College for eighteen months. I have finished an English Language Course at Metro English College and I am completing a Diploma in Business Management. Many people have recommended the Central College to me because of the out-standing academic standard and the friendly environment that the College provides. The highly qualified teachers, the use of modern technology in the classrooms and the great facilities available encourage students to perform well and successfully reach their goals. I am enjoying studying at Central College and I have made many friends from different backgrounds. I strongly recommend the College for any overseas student. Central College… really, thank you!!! Kris, Australia / GreeceI am Australian with a Greek background. I met some great friends at Central College who I still am good friends with. I will never forget my time spent at Central as it was fun and exciting. I chose Central College because it was the most professional and the most willing to help me succeed. I studied Accounting at the College, and now work in a chartered accountants office in Sydney. I wouldn’t be able to do this if it wasn’t for the staff and lectures at Central College. Veronica, South AmericaI studied at Central College for two years and did three diplomas: Business Computing, Marketing and Management. I spent a lot of time at the College and I really enjoyed it. The staff and the teachers were great and very helpful. I made a lot of friends at Central and we also had a lot of fun activities organised to do with fellow students and friends. At the moment I am working at St George Bank and I am using my qualifications to go further in the Business. Those two years of studying were well worth it. |
